Abstract:

This proceedings, Fly Ash for Soil Improvement, contains papers presented at technical sessions of the 1993 ASCE Annual Convention and Exposition held in Dallas, Texas, October 24-28, 1993. By presenting a variety of case studies and experiments in the use of fly ash to stabilize different types of soils, the engineering community is made aware of the many uses of fly ash in soil improvement in relation to construction. In addition, these papers also point out the beneficial uses of fly ash for waste containment/soil stabilization.
