This paper examines the Quality Control Program Plan (QCPP) developed by Frederic R. Harris, Inc. (FRH) for fabrication and erection inspection of over 5,448,000 kg of AASHTO Fracture Critical Bridge Steel for the Metro-Dade Transit Agency (MDTA) Omni Guideway Extension in Miami, complying with Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Road and Bridge Specifications and AWS Bridge Welding Code.
