Abstract:

TrAAm is the new exclusive people mover for American Airlines at the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Since opening in late 1991 it has been carrying over 18,000 people a day. This paper describes how it was designed, constructed and integrated into the existing AIRTRANS or Airport Train System.
