Abstract:

This paper reports on a program for the integration and management of ground- and surface-water resources for drought management purposes in the southeastern area of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the northern area of New Castle County, Delaware. It presents the perspectives of the Water Resources Agency for New Castle County and the Delaware Geological Survey as collaborating agencies in a multi-jurisdictional and a multi-agency effort at drought management.
