Abstract:

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Hydrologic Engineering Center (HEC) has developed a new computer program which computes flood damage and project benefit accomplishment. It calculates urban and agricultural damage for a single event or for a continuous period of record. Results are aggregated in reports summarized by projects or by geographical and political boundaries.
