Encouraging the evaluation, use, and development of advanced technologies throughout an organization presents a special challenge, with the rewards of successful implementation far outweighing the costs. This paper will suggest five key components of technology transfer that your organization can use to better solve technical engineering problems. While a significant commitment of time, effort, and money is usually required for an organization to master advanced technologies.
