Abstract:

The activities of the Coastal AMerica Northwest Regional Implementation Team are discussed. The Coastal America northwest demonstration project, wetlands restoration in the Duwamish River estuary, Seattle, Washington, is described. The development of a strategy for coordinating environmental protection, restoration, and remediation efforts among Coastal America partner agencies inn Oregon and Washington is also described.
