Abstract:

The Pacific Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) along the California coast line has the most sophisticated air pollution reduction technologies implemented in the world. This paper describes the Best Available Control Technology (BACT) applications, air emissions data-report, - response and processing, computerized techniques, limits on engine retrofitting, new technology review, and the Clean Air Act of 1990 as it is implemented by the U.S. EPA.
