United States energy demand and coastal zone management have been on a collision course for years. Now, as the country's population concentrates increasingly along the coasts, the issue is coming to a head. does the country have the tools to meet the energy needs of coastal populations while sustaining the environments that attracted people to these areas inn the first place?
