Abstract:

Forensic sciences deal with the relations and application of technical problems in litigation and court procedures. This paper anticipates possible legal actions that may involve the introduction of High Speed Ground Transportation in North America, and suggests ways and means by which the potential expert witness may become prepared for, and perform a role in case participation.
