Abstract:

The author examines, analyzes, and pursues the roots of several fundamental economic and related theories and techniques commonly used to determine technological performance, its measurement and evaluation. Recognizing the morass of complex tangible and intangible long run factors, this paper takes a multidisciplinary, global view of the problem in suggesting the Simultaneously Interacting Multiple Perspective Logic Evolution (SIMPLE) method for long term evaluation of HSGT.
