Abstract:

This paper describes a comprehensive Pavement Management System (PMS implemented at 24 airports in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The PMS development and implementation was completed in two phases over a time period of 8 years. The final products from the PMS were the short (annual) and long (seven years) range maintenance and rehabilitation (M&R) programs for each airport.
