Abstract:

This paper describes a study of the information requirements at the DEH (Directorate of Engineering and Housing) at Fort Hood, Texas which was undertaken by the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers Construction Engineering Research Laboratories (USACERL). This paper describes the process USACERL used in determining the information requirements of the DEH, the resulting steps used to prioritize the requirements, the recommended solutions, and the phasing needed to develop the solutions.
