Abstract:

Salt Lake City Department of Public Utilities (SLCPU) is the agency responsible for the operation of the drainage facilities in Salt Lake City. The drainage function is established as an enterprise fund of Salt Lake City. The procedure for meeting the requirements of the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer NPDES permit application from a utility's perspective are discussed.
