Abstract:
A Computer-Aided Support System for operation of the QUAL2E-UNCAS river water quality model has been developed for the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, North Coastal Region. It is expected to enhance water quality management of the Russian River, the principal stream of the region. Initial application of the CASS as management tool and its relationship to institutional issues in the basin are discussed.
