Abstract:

The process used by the Snake River Salmon Recovery Team to develop its recovery plan is described. Major conditions affecting fish survival are identified. The Team's approach to evaluate these conditions and prepare recommendations for recovery of fish stocks is summarized. Views expressed are those of the authors about work in process.
