Abstract:

This paper discusses successful partnering efforts by the Corps of Engineers in water resources development in Florida. The partnering involves the Corps, local project sponsors and other local governments, the public, State and Federal agencies, as well as regional and national interest groups. Two specific examples of partnering are presented in this paper.
