Abstract:

The Yangpu Bridge is a long-span composite cable-stayed Bridge in which the superstructures is designed as a floating system to withstand the strong earthquakes. The nonlinear seismic response of the bridge was investigated by using response spectrum analysis method and time history analysis method. In this paper, A comparison of analysis results is discussed.
