Many techniques have been developed to identify structural system parameters; however, they are generally restricted to parameter identification within the framework of an equivalent structure model. This paper proposes an updating technique to autoassociate by learning a concerned dynamic system, which is represented by a system dynamics (SD) model. To justify the logical notion, a numerical test is carried out for identification of a SDOF linear system.
