Abstract:

Determining the appropriate use of a piece of property, or the uses for larger land areas in a portion of a city, requires consideration of many facts. A recently completaed project was the development of the first specific plan for a portion of the East Camelback Villege, just north of the rapidly developing Phoenix airport. This paper will present the process used to arrive at the accepted specific plan.
