When addressing driveway maneuvers at a new development, alleged ailments Must be quantified before drafting a cure. If a problem is anticipated, alternative solutions should be investigated, including a comparison between the ailment and any cures. Potential ramifications of a raised median island are seldom investigated closely, and should be very carefully addressed before making a LAST RESORT recommendation for a median island.
