Abstract:

A four-lane Immersed Tube Tunnel is planned for the crossing of Boston Harbor from the City of Boston to the Logan Airport area in East Boston. The immersed tube consists of 12 sections for a total length of 3,900 feet. This section of highway is the eastern terminus of Interstate 90.
