Abstract:

In the present paper, a new loading surface calibrated by several typical uni- and multi-axial test curves is proposed. Following the associated flow rule, a relatively simple constitutive model for concrete is developed. The comparison between the predictions of this model and test data, even for the plastic volume dilatation, seems quite satisfied.
