Abstract:

Prices and pricing strategies are described in terms of their functions and revenue objectives applicable to water services. Ten pricing objectives are defined in terms of how the objective functions are measured. A water pricing policy of full market value or current alternative cost is offered. Water services sales from Federal projects are analyzed in terms of the potentials from full or nominal market value pricing of services.
