Abstract:

By some accounts, analytical capability without the power of visualization is little productive; visualization is the tool that will turn computational power into practical results. COMBAT.PC was developed precisely to take advantage of this new trend in computational environments. MS-Windows 3 was selected as the platform to implement this upgrade of the original program, using an object-oriented design scheme. This paper describes the main features of the new program, and includes a typical example in seismic analysis.
