Abstract:

This paper presents the methodology and findings of a major regional transportation analysis. The results of the study lead to the development of a Transportation Improvement Plan for West Chatham County which is being adopted into the 2010 Major Thoroughfare Plan by the Metropolitan Planning Commission, in Savannah, Georgia.
