Abstract:

The NOVA SPAN Bridge concept provides the basis for the design and construction of a new variant in the field of bridges and culverts which, in its performance and operation, incorporates many of the features and characteristics of both culverts and bridges. The system accommodates almost any desired shape, height of cover and design loading. It is most cost-effective for applications with low heights of cover.
