Document Type: Proceeding Paper

Part of: Computerized Decision Support Systems for Water Managers

Abstract:

Presented are some applications projects and procedures concerned with modeling and control of water supply and distribution systems. The work has resulted in the development of a suite of computer programs covering dynamic simulation and optimization scheduling. These programs are briefly described in terms of their relevance for analysis, design, optimization and control purposes. However, the major part of the paper covers the application of the methods to several practical systems for decision support purposes.
