Abstract: User response is key to the development of ASCE's Manual of Professional Practice for Quality in the Constructed Project. Early comments from members of the construction industry are presented. The comments address how a firm can use the manual, how its use will help or hurt the firm, whether a firm will have to change its management practice and, if so, how, and how the manual might impact the construction industry.
