Abstract:

This paper addresses some of the problems we at U. S. Pipe have observed from restrained joint installations during the past several years and the solutions devised. The restrained joints referred to herein are generic in nature. Individual manufacturers should be consulted for details on their proprietary restraining mechanisms.
