Abstract:

As part of a cooperative effort with the ASCE's Water Resources Planning and Management Division, The Conversation Foundation is working to develop a handbook for resolving water information about the principles and practices of negotiation with examples of innovative technical approaches for water resources management, is intended to serve a wide audience including resource managers and the community affected by resource management decisions. It is scheduled for completion by the end of 1988 and is intended to serve as the basis for discussions and training sessions at an Engineering foundation Conference in Spring 1989.
