Abstract:

The authors have recently completed a study of microcomputer usage in Corps of Engineers planning activities. The study developed a training document for Corps managers, entitled 'Managing Microcomputer Applications: A Primer and Guide to Good Practice'. Findings are presented which are believed to be generally applicable to issues of microcomputer usage in many organizations.
