Abstract:

The state regulatory environment requires simple, quick, easy to use and maintain water quality analysis tools. Therefore, for the evaluation of toxic substances, a new approach towards implementation of water quality models is presented. This approach uses the 80282-based PC and commercially available worksheet system LOTUS 1-2-3 Release 2.01. The Water Quality Analysis Template (WQAT2-04) developed by the Pennsylvania Dept. of Environmental Resources is discussed.
