Abstract:

In this study, particular attention is paid to GRAY ZONE which was actively utilized as a port in the past. The GRAY ZONE may conceivably play a role to advance reconciliation between the port area and the urban area because of its geographical distribution. This study is carried out with the objective of clarifying the latent capacity at the southwestern part of Funabashi City. This paper discusses the study concept and methods, latent capacity calculations, and related subjects.
