Abstract:

In the present paper a planning method for port re-creation is discussed and a method to choose the best alternative under conflict situation is proposed. An example of re-creation planning of the Port of Shimizu in Japan is discussed in the present paper. The paper discusses the general motivations and required items for a port re-creation and shows how to identify the re-creation patterns. Further, an alternative choice method under conflict among the interest groups is formulated by n-person cooperative game.
