Abstract:

The aim of the paper is to present the different existing methodologies available for the assessment of seismic damage to buildings. The approach aims towards the development of a mini-computer analysis program, of which the different options are briefly discussed. A typical reinforced concrete frame building is analysed, and the damage analysis results are presented.
