Abstract:

The results of an investigation into the transfer of technical knowledge between and among foreign consultants and their host country counterparts at two large-scale development projects in Indonesia are presented. Effective means concerning the transfer of technical knowledge are discussed. Included are some general recommendations regarding the transfer of technical knowledge overseas.
