Abstract:

Indoor air quality measurements pose a unique problem for the application of traditional Quality Assurance/Quality Control approaches. The lack of reference methods and materials in some situations make adequate data quality documentation difficult to achieve. Many of these difficulties may be overcome through careful planning of the data quality objectives for the measurements activity and a strong commitment to quality control. In the long term, however, additional work is needed to develop improved methods and reference materials specifically for indoor air quality measurements.
