Document Type: Proceeding Paper

Part of: Dynamic Response of Structures

Abstract:

Floor systems constructed with steel-deck-reinforced concrete are described. When used to resist lateral loads these systems are referred to as diaphragms. A description of a test arrangement, along with test results for 14 diaphragms are presented. The relative energy dissipation levels between the different tests are discussed.
