Abstract:
Case histories show that engineering with CADD is no longer experimental. Projects reviewed in this article include an office/shop building for an electrical utility, a flood plain site reclaimed for a residential golf club community, extensive renovations and additions to a manufacturing complex, detention ponds for flood control at an urban park, and preliminary designs for a domed stadium that were made for a developer's promotion efforts.
