Abstract:

'MicroSafety' is software developed to identify accident problem locations and patterns. Alternative projects, costs and benefits are analyzed on common data management spreadsheet programs. The spreadsheet programs are also used to generate visual aids for use in communicating traffic safety improvement needs to the public. Representative products of these microcomputer applications are presented here.
