Abstract:

A microcomputer program to evaluate the before and after traffic conditions of a highway project is described. An overview of the evaluation methodology used in the design of the program is discussed first. Next, the design and operation of the program is described. An example application of the program to the evaluation of a traffic project is then presented. Comments on the operation and future revisions to the program conclude the paper.
