Abstract:

A microcomputer program is being prepared for the upcoming revision of the Soil Conservation Service's 'Urban Hydrology for Small Watersheds,' Technical Release Number 55 (TR-55). TR-55 presents methods for computing runoff volume and peak rates of discharge in urban and urbanizing areas. The program will be written in BASIC to run under MS-DOS. Features include modular design, user-oriented input, HELP screens, special function keys, and user defined data files.
