Abstract:

This paper presents the development of a micro-computer compatible hydrological simulation model wherein an attempt has been made to satisfy some of the modelling needs in South Africa. Unlike the modelling requirements in developed countries, where analyses of existing systems are important, these needs are seen to be more in the field of design using appropriate technology.
