Abstract:

The major educational advantage of interactive simulation is expedient demonstration of system management and control procedures and interrelationships among system variables. An 8 year program of research and development at Montana State University has developed applications for interactive simulation to several water resources problems of interest to civil engineering education. Program development and applications are discussed in the paper.
