Abstract:

Advances in microcomputer based instrumentation have provided new techniques by which groundwater data may be collected and analyzed. The authors have used microcomputer based systems to gather groundwater data. These systems and their applicability for various data collection purposes are discussed. Application of one particular system, the SE-200 Hydrologic Analysis System, which allows the groundwater scientist to automate aquifer testing and analysis procedure is described.
