A plane frame program for structural analysis that is short to program and easy to understand is presented. Included inl article is a complete print-out of the program with a step-by-step explanation written in IBM Personal Computer Basic. The theory for this analysis is described in Computer Analysis of Plane and Space Structures, by Semih S. Tezcan in the Journal of the Structural Division, ASCE, April 1966, pp 143-173.
