Abstract:

The emphasis of these proceedings is on contributions and advances in the areas of solid and fluid mechanics that advance civil engineering practice. The main topic considered are, computers and informations systems, dynamics and structural behaviour, elasticity, experimental analysis and instrumentation, inelastic behavior, mathematical methods, probabilistic methods, properties of materials, stabilitv, fluids, and measurement techniques and prediction methods in turbulent flows.
