Abstract:

This is the third article in Civil Engineering�ASCE's computer series. A BASIC program for analyzing project planning activities is explored. The program determines the critical path and calculates free total float associated with each activity. A step-by-step explanation of the program is provided, as well as an entire critical path method sample program.
