Abstract:
Pipeline design and construction is regulated in varying degree by Federal agencies, State bodies, and other minor governmental subdivisions. Applicable codes, administrative orders, and other rules and regulations have been compiled and briefly abstracted to indicate their scope. Although presented as a complete compilation, the probable existence of additional pertinent regulations is recognized.
